St Luke’s took part in their own Science Week commencing 5th July. We dressed up as a scientist and carried out different experiments. In Spring Class, we erupted volcanoes and made sticky slime! We made rainbow paper and went on a bug hut around the playground, in Summer class. In Autumn class, we made lava lamps, tested out different materials to create our own bowling pins. In Winter Class, we made different types of glue and made our own different types of mud! We were lucky enough to have a scientist visit us from the Crick Institute, who lead different workshops with the classes including electrical circuit making to food tasting.
